2. Services

Next Wave provides web design, app development, automation, branding, and related digital services to businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any project will be agreed upon in a separate written proposal or contract between Next Wave and the client.

3. Bookings & Consultations

Free consultation sessions are offered to explore project requirements. Booking a consultation does not create a binding service agreement. A formal agreement will be established before any paid work commences. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule consultations with reasonable notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Next Wave and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon full payment for a project, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as agreed in the project contract. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for projects are outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, a deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Wave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Results from our automation and efficiency services may vary depending on your business circumstances.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any required content or assets needed to complete a project. Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines and/or additional costs.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
